Viatris¡¯ Korean subsidiary (CEO: He-young Lee) was launched in November 2020 by combining Upjohn, a business division of global Pfizer, and Mylan, a global healthcare company. As the procedure for changing the domestic corporation name was recently completed, the company name changed from Pfizer Upjohn Korea to Viatris Korea from the 1st.
