The cumulative exports of domestic botulinum toxin drugs amounted to 220 billion won this year, the report showed. Exports to China, which had consistently accounted for a high proportion, have decreased, but exports to the U.S. and other countries have increased.
According to the Korea Customs Service on the 15th, the cumulative exports of domestic botulinum toxin drugs amounted to $190.28 million between January and October this year. Compared to $161.09 million during the same period last year, it increased 18%. Looking at major exporters, dependence on China has decreased significantly compared to last year. Instead, exports to the U.S. and Brazil increased.
