The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic is expected to bring personnel reshuffling changes to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. CEOs in the pharma industry said that they plan to maintain or reduce the size of new employments in their companies. In addition, 7 out of 10 CEOs predicted that while the companies will maintain the number of jobs, they expect reshuffling to occur within.
