Generic drugs are being released one after another ahead of the patent expiration in April, with the drug Bridion (Sugammadex Sodium, MSD), which helps wake up from anesthesia during surgery. As the domestic market size of the drug alone is around 40 billion won, domestic generic companies are expected to aggressively target the market.

According to the MFDS on the 6th, six generics of Sugammadex Sodium have been approved so far since Hanlim was first approved on December 29 last year.
