Janssen Korea plans to restructure its labor force.

According to industry sources, Janssen finalized its decision to conduct a Volunteer Separate Program (VSP) in its town hall meeting.

The company will receive applications for VSP until the 30th of this month and does not have a fixed number of reductions planned.

The specific terms of compensation for the VSP have not been disclosed. While conducting the VSP in 2015, the company had proposed ‘'years of service X2+2 months (average wage)+2 months (normal wage)' as compensation for early retirement.

Also, Janssen’s VSP will exclude those in charge of market access (MA) and regulatory affairs (RA).
