Janssen Korea plans to restructure its labor force.

According to industry sources, Janssen finalized its decision to conduct a Volunteer Separate Program (VSP) in its town hall meeting.

The company will receive applications for VSP until the 30th of this month and does not have a fixed number of reductions planned.

The specific terms of compensation for the VSP have not been disclosed. While conducting the VSP in 2015, the company had proposed ¡®'years of service X2+2 months (average wage)+2 months (normal wage)' as compensation for early retirement.

Also, Janssen¡¯s VSP will exclude those in charge of market access (MA) and regulatory affairs (RA).
