The maintenance therapy of Revlimid, a treatment for multiple myeloma, has been on the insurance benefit list since the new year of 2023 after more than four years of waiting. Revlimid maintenance therapy has simply had a lot of ups and downs. Since 2019, BMS Pharmaceutical Korea has actively carried out the registration process, but there has been no progress in discussions. Revlimid was submitted to the deliberation committee, which attracted attention in September 2019, June 2020, and September last year due to the introduction of the CAR-T treatment Kimriah, but the result was a failure. The NCCN recommends Revlimid maintenance as the highest level of preferred treatment in both transplantable and impossible patie
