HKinno.N announced on the 26th that it has signed a technology export contract with Brazilian pharmaceutical company Eurofarma for the new drug K-CAB for gastroesophageal reflux disease. HKinno.N will transfer the manufacturing technology of K-CAB to Eurofarma, and Eurofarma will develop and sell K-CAB in Brazil. Along with the down payment, HKinno.N receives technical fees step by step, such as permission and release, and royalties according to sales. The contract period is 10 years after the launch of the product in Brazil. Eurofarma is the third-largest pharmaceutical company in the region with sales power throughout Latin America, mainly in Brazil.
