Exkivity, an anti-cancer drug targeting EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation, is aiming for insurance coverage. Takeda Korea recently submitted a reimbursement application for Exkivity, a treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation. This drug targets the same biomarker as Janssen's Rybrevant but differs in that it is an oral drug.
