Pharmaceutical companies that submitted their primary drugs to the HIRA by last February will proceed with prior consultation with the NHIS in March. After that, the main negotiations will be completed and the final drug price adjustment results will be announced in July. The NHIS announced on the 15th that it will hold prior consultations with pharmaceutical companies from this month in accordance with the re-evaluation of the standard requirements for the maximum amount of drugs. Accordingly, the NHIS plans to hold a briefing on the reevaluation negotiations on the 27th.
