AbbVie Korea announced on the 2nd that it will complete the integration of domestic corporations with Allergan Korea on May 1st and launch as a single corporation. The domestic corporation merger is a follow-up to the announcement of the merger and acquisition of Allergan by the global headquarters in May 2020.
