The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs recently announced the legislation of an amendment to the ¡®Decree on the Facility Standards for Veterinary Pharmacies and Manufacturers, Importers, and Retailers of Veterinary Drugs¡¯ and will be collecting industry opinion until September 4th.
According to the amendment, in order to minimize the impact on the existing industry, the products that can be manufactured at human drug manufacturing facilities are limited to those for companion animals.
